The Secretary to the Admiralty begs to

acknowledge, with thanks, the receipt of the communication

dated 16th.March 1904 from the Under Secretary of State for

the Colonies, and to return herewith, as desired therein,

the tracing forwarded with Colonial Office letter dated

22nd. January 1904 (522/1903-4) on the subject of the

provision of a Naval Range at Hong Kong.
